Southern Scramble

The Flying Biscuit is one of Atlanta's most talked about restaurants. With fresh and many organic ingredients, it is a hot spot in both of its locations. Whenever I go there I order the Southern Scramble. It is composed of three farm fresh eggs, spicy collards greens, turkey bacon, and cheese. This random mixture is one of my favorite dishes. Hands down! Who thinks of combining collard greens and eggs?! This is only something that would be done in the South. Thank you, Flying Biscuit, for daring to be different!

  1. Erin, I love the Flying Biscuit! It's so tasty. I love going there. The oatmeal pancakes are SO awesome, as is the other food they serve. It's probably the most well-known Atlanta-area restaurant! And it rocks!

  2. I've heard a lot about the Flying Biscuit but have never been there. I drive by it a lot and am always curious about how it tastes. Maybe I will try it sometime soon.
