So, this week in my sorority is Big/Little week (the week where new members find out who their "big sister" is). So, every day this week the "littles" get surprises and clues to help us figure out who our "big" is. Luckily for me, today was dessert day! All the littles got some kind of yummy sweet, but mine was the best of all: Funfetti sandwich cookies.

For those of you who are not familiar with Funfetti, it’s a white cake mix that has multi-colored sprinkles in it that melt to make colorful dots (confetti) in the cake. But, my big cleverly adjusted the cake recipe and turned them into cookies!! It gets even better. She then put two of them together with delicious cream cheese icing in the middle to make Funfetti sandwiches!! This made them much messier, and in turn, much more delicious. Job well done.
