Pasta is my favorite food. Or it was until I started eating at Brittain. I like my pasta "al dente" meaning it is a little firm. Unfortunately all I have been presented with lately is overcooked and too-soft penne and watery marinara. When I came back home for the weekend, I knew I needed a pasta revival. So my friends and I went to a pasta place called Tony's near my old high school. The food there was simply amazing. The pasta was made in house, giving one of the best tasted I've ever had. I had a grilled vegetable lasagna made from ricotta cheese and grilled eggplant and squash. Even better than my grandma's. I wish I had discovered this place before I left for Tech
I think anytime we leave campus and go out to eat at a restaurant or eat a home cooked meal we have a revival. We become used to eating these cheaply prepared food for the masses that we forget how wonderful the real stuff is.
