Roasting of the Pig

Homecoming week is a time to be out going and do some incredible, if sometimes ridiculous things. Proof of this is my fraternities amazing idea to roast an 80 pound pig for the tailgate before the VT game. The cooking of the pig is no ordinary task though. Our president constructed an 18 foot long grill so that we would have something big enough to roast the beastly behemoth. It will take about eight hours to cook the pig, but the wait will be well worth it. I can taste the succulent pork filling my mouth with incredible flavors now. The 24 hour wait to experience this once in a life time cuisine is going to be long but well worth it.
